Buyer:<\/strong>
The user who shops on the website and completes the order (hereinafter referred to as the "BUYER")<\/p>

ARTICLE 2 \u2013 SUBJECT<\/strong>
The subject of this contract is the BUYER's www.bnreo.com.tr<\/a> It is the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the product or service ordered electronically from the website, the qualities and sales price of which are specified.<\/p>

ARTICLE 3 \u2013 PRODUCT\/SERVICE INFORMATION<\/strong>
The type, kind, quantity, brand\/model, color, sales price including taxes, payment method and delivery information of the product or service are presented to the BUYER during the order confirmation and are an integral part of this contract.<\/p>

ARTICLE 4 \u2013 GENERAL PROVISIONS<\/strong>
4.1 BUYER, www.bnreo.com.tr<\/a> He\/she accepts and declares that he\/she has read and is aware of the information regarding the basic characteristics, sales price, payment method and delivery of the product\/service subject to the contract on the website and has given the necessary confirmation electronically.
4.2 The product\/service subject to the contract is delivered to the address specified by the BUYER, provided that it does not exceed the legal 30-day period.
4.3 The BUYER will inspect the product before receiving it and will not accept from the cargo company any damaged or defective product such as a crushed, broken, torn package, etc. The product received is deemed to be intact and undamaged.
4.4 After delivery, the responsibility of the product belongs to the BUYER.
4.5 If the BUYER wishes to exercise his right of withdrawal, he must send the original invoice and the complete return form along with the product.<\/p>

ARTICLE 5 \u2013 RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL<\/strong>
5.1 The BUYER may exercise his right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty.
5.2 To exercise the right of withdrawal within the time limit info@bnreo.com.tr<\/a><\/strong> Written notification must be sent to the address.
5.3 The product returned within the scope of the right of withdrawal must be returned complete and unused, with its original packaging, invoice and all accessories.
5.4 The shipping costs of the product to be returned by the BUYER are his\/her responsibility, unless the product is defective.<\/p>

ARTICLE 6 \u2013 PRODUCTS OUTSIDE THE SCOPE OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL<\/strong>
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the following products and services:<\/p>
