Sk 5A, 07400 Alanya\/Antalya<br data-start=\"465\" data-end=\"468\" \/>Phone: +90 544 747 1 747<br data-start=\"496\" data-end=\"499\" \/>Email: <a class=\"cursor-pointer\" rel=\"noopener\" data-start=\"510\" data-end=\"527\">info@bnreo.com.tr<\/a><\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"530\" data-end=\"606\"><p data-start=\"532\" data-end=\"606\"><strong data-start=\"532\" data-end=\"540\">Member:<\/strong> A natural person or legal entity who registers to the system with his\/her own information.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h3 data-start=\"608\" data-end=\"619\">Topic 2<\/h3><p data-start=\"620\" data-end=\"760\">The subject of this agreement is the Member&#039;s <a class=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/bnreo.com.tr\/en\/\" target=\"_new\" rel=\"noopener\" data-start=\"651\" data-end=\"667\">www.bnreo.com.tr<\/a> It is the determination of the rights and obligations regarding the use of the domain name website.<\/p><h3 data-start=\"762\" data-end=\"785\">3. Membership Conditions<\/h3><ul data-start=\"786\" data-end=\"1023\"><li data-start=\"786\" data-end=\"864\"><p data-start=\"788\" data-end=\"864\">The member undertakes that the information provided when registering to the system is accurate.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"865\" data-end=\"946\"><p data-start=\"867\" data-end=\"946\">Membership begins by filling out the form and checking the &quot;I accept&quot; box.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"947\" data-end=\"1023\"><p data-start=\"949\" data-end=\"1023\">The Company reserves the right to reject membership applications without giving any reason.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h3 data-start=\"1025\" data-end=\"1053\">4. Member&#039;s Obligations<\/h3><ul data-start=\"1054\" data-end=\"1365\"><li data-start=\"1054\" data-end=\"1201\"><p data-start=\"1056\" data-end=\"1201\">The Member agrees to act in accordance with the law, general moral rules and contract provisions in all transactions made through the site.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1202\" data-end=\"1254\"><p data-start=\"1204\" data-end=\"1254\">Members cannot use information belonging to others without permission.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1255\" data-end=\"1306\"><p data-start=\"1257\" data-end=\"1306\">Only the member is responsible for the security of the password.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1307\" data-end=\"1365\"><p data-start=\"1309\" data-end=\"1365\">It is not permitted to send viruses, software or code that may harm the site.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h3 data-start=\"1367\" data-end=\"1405\">5. BNREO&#039;s Rights and Obligations<\/h3><ul data-start=\"1406\" data-end=\"1710\"><li data-start=\"1406\" data-end=\"1513\"><p data-start=\"1408\" data-end=\"1513\">The Company may stop the system from working, suspend or terminate membership at any time.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1514\" data-end=\"1636\"><p data-start=\"1516\" data-end=\"1636\">User information is kept confidential within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law. However, it may be shared with official authorities in cases of legal obligation.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1637\" data-end=\"1710\"><p data-start=\"1639\" data-end=\"1710\">The Company reserves the right to change the content and scope of services.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h3 data-start=\"1712\" data-end=\"1742\">6. Privacy and Data Protection<\/h3><ul data-start=\"1743\" data-end=\"1885\"><li data-start=\"1743\" data-end=\"1819\"><p data-start=\"1745\" data-end=\"1819\">Member&#039;s personal data is processed within the scope of KVKK and Privacy Policy.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1820\" data-end=\"1885\"><p data-start=\"1822\" data-end=\"1885\">The member acknowledges that he\/she consents to the processing of his\/her personal data.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h3 data-start=\"1887\" data-end=\"1911\">7. Termination of the Contract<\/h3><ul data-start=\"1912\" data-end=\"2047\"><li data-start=\"1912\" data-end=\"1961\"><p data-start=\"1914\" data-end=\"1961\">The member may cancel his\/her membership at any time.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1962\" data-end=\"2047\"><p data-start=\"1964\" data-end=\"2047\">The Company may terminate membership immediately if the member violates the contract.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h3 data-start=\"2049\" data-end=\"2078\">8. Dispute Resolution<\/h3><p data-start=\"2079\" data-end=\"2170\">Alanya Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction over any disputes that may arise from this contract.<\/p><h3 data-start=\"2172\" data-end=\"2187\">9. Entry into Force<\/h3><p data-start=\"2188\" data-end=\"2343\">By completing and confirming the registration form, the Member is deemed to have accepted all provisions of this agreement.
