Membership Agreement

This agreement, www.bnreo.com.tr the person who is a member of the website (“Member”) and the person who manages the site BNREO (“Company”) has been concluded under the following conditions.

1. Parties

  • Member: A natural person or legal entity who registers to the system with his/her own information.

The subject of this agreement is the Member's www.bnreo.com.tr It is the determination of the rights and obligations regarding the use of the domain name website.

3. Membership Conditions

  • The member undertakes that the information provided when registering to the system is accurate.

  • Membership begins by filling out the form and checking the "I accept" box.

  • The Company reserves the right to reject membership applications without giving any reason.

4. Member's Obligations

  • The Member agrees to act in accordance with the law, general moral rules and contract provisions in all transactions made through the site.

  • Members cannot use information belonging to others without permission.

  • Only the member is responsible for the security of the password.

  • It is not permitted to send viruses, software or code that may harm the site.

5. BNREO's Rights and Obligations

  • The Company may stop the system from working, suspend or terminate membership at any time.

  • User information is kept confidential within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law. However, it may be shared with official authorities in cases of legal obligation.

  • The Company reserves the right to change the content and scope of services.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

  • Member's personal data is processed within the scope of KVKK and Privacy Policy.

  • The member acknowledges that he/she consents to the processing of his/her personal data.

7. Termination of the Contract

  • The member may cancel his/her membership at any time.

  • The Company may terminate membership immediately if the member violates the contract.

8. Dispute Resolution

Alanya Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction over any disputes that may arise from this contract.

9. Entry into Force

By completing and confirming the registration form, the Member is deemed to have accepted all provisions of this agreement. This agreement is effective indefinitely between the parties.
